Infernal Affairs (2002) (BR Rip) 720p 500mb-MKV. 2.96 Gb. ********** The film depicts the struggle of two police officers, played by Andy Lau and Tony Leung Ka-Fai, to succeed in a corrupt infernal affairs department during the years of martial law in Hong Kong after a failed attempt at democracy amidst a pro-Communist Chinese takeover. Even though they have very divergent ideologies and operate under different methods, these two officers will invariably wind up working together to overcome their mutual enemies... Besides the film's plot and reference to triads and "underworld," it is reportedly influenced by a real-life incident: A policeman was accused of being a member of the notorious 14K triad after attempts by police officials to frame him failed. CID Officer Chan Wing-yan (Tony Leung) has been ordered to report for duty at the criminal investigation department after spending years in another division doing background checks on citizens. In his new workplace, he meets fellow cop Wong Chi-shing (Andy Lau), who has been given temporary duty at the CID until an internal affairs investigation is completed against him. The two career criminals agree to work together to maintain their cover. Soon, the duo come face-to-face with members of the infamous 14K triad who are responsible for a series of murders throughout Hong Kong. At the same time, political oppression in China is leading to what is called "the fuse of revolution" in Hong Kong. Facing this internal conflict, Chan and Wong must maintain their strategies to remain undetected within the system while they try to locate and eliminate whoever is responsible for these murders. The film's mystery entails many twists and turns which will make it hard for viewers to figure out what's really happening until the end, when it all comes together in an unexpected conclusion. Infernal Affairs III (2003) In the continuing struggle between triads and the police, both sides have been decimated from within by traitors. A new breed of cops with a personal stake in the war have been recruited to take on this unprecedented challenge. Within the Police Department, there is a special force called "Jianghu," composed of cops who are considered expendable due to their history of indiscretions and misdeeds. One of them is Tang Lung (Liu Kai-Chi), who has gained notoriety by leading anti-triad campaigns while still in high school, where he was once labeled as "a youth leader with criminal record. As a young police recruit, Tang is mentored by officer Chan Wing-yan (Tony Leung), who is on the brink of retirement, and Wong Chi-shing (Andy Lau), who has become an Internal Affairs investigator. Soon they are joined by new recruits like Tang's best friend Hei (Nicholas Tse) and rival Ho (Jacky Cheung)in the battle against organized crime. cfa1e77820
